CLUB MEMBERS ARE REMINDED of their RESPONSIBILITY to employ PREVENTATIVE MEASURES and the RESPONSIBLE COMMUNICATION of their PERSONAL HEALTH STATUS.

The IRFU reuires us to compete and send to them a “Covid 19 Fixture Impact Form” when any of the following occurs:

(1) confirmed case of Covid-19

(2) suspected case of Covid-19 (where a player has been referred for testing by a GP/Public Health)

(3) contact tracing has determined the need for players to restrict their movements

IT IS THEREFORE IMPERATIVE for anyone finding themselves in one of the above categories IMMEDIATELY ADVISE Tony Smeeth of the circumstances.

This is NOT a reason for anyone to avoid signing up to the Contact Tracing app – on thje contrary that is “below the line” thinking as we must stay “above the line” in our behaviours/decisions and do everything to protect our ability to play rugby,other members, the program, the rugby community and Trinity Sport
